Clear Rules. Fair Terms.

1. Parties and Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" — Unilink Center MTÜ (reg. 80668249), Tallinn, Estonia.

"User," "You" — any individual or organization accessing or using our Platform or Services.

"Platform" — the Unilink website and related services.

"Services" — GrantOS, Navigator, and Epilepsy AI modules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our Services. For users under 16, parental or guardian consent is required (GDPR Art. 8, Estonian law).

3. Service Descriptions

3.1 GrantOS — Grant Automation

AI-powered compliance checking, budget analysis, and grant application assistance. GrantOS is an advisory tool — it does not guarantee grant approval.

3.2 Navigator — Crisis Protection

Silent emergency alert system. Navigator is not a replacement for emergency services (112 / 911). In life-threatening situations, always contact emergency services directly.

3.3 Epilepsy AI — Health Monitoring

On-device seizure pattern monitoring as a support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when using our Services
• Not misuse the Platform for fraudulent grant applications
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack our systems
• Not use automated tools to scrape or overload our Services
• Not submit illegal, harmful, or rights-violating content
• Comply with all applicable laws, including Estonian law and EU regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform design, code, content, logos, and AI models are our intellectual property. Content you submit remains yours. By using GrantOS, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Starter (Free): Navigator SOS, basic grant search, 1 language
• Pro (€99/month): Full GrantOS engine, 7 languages, 5 packs/month
• Enterprise (€199/month): Municipality console, API access, custom engine

Prices in EUR, VAT excluded (not VAT registered). 30 days' notice for price changes. 14-day refund per Estonian Consumer Protection Act.

7. Data Protection

Our data practices are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Estonian data protection law.

8. AI Transparency (EU AI Act)

• All AI outputs are clearly identified as AI-produced
• GrantOS Evaluator and Epilepsy AI: HIGH RISK — Annex IV documentation
• Human oversight maintained — no fully automated decisions
• Technical documentation available upon request after 02.08.2026

9. Limitation of Liability

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• Not liable for grant rejections, emergency response delays, or health data inaccuracies
• Total liability capped at amount paid in 12 months preceding claim
• Not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or what Estonian law prohibits excluding.

10. Service Availability & Termination

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Navigator offline features work independently. We may suspend access for Terms violations. You may terminate anytime by contacting us.

11. Governing Law
